Bill Barnes, Former Host of the Considering the Sequels Podcast

Bill Barnes hails from West Virginia. He likes movies. He likes watching them most of all when they're in theaters, but most of the time his TV and BD player have to suffice. Bill thinks that nothing is better, though, than watching in a darkened cinema with a bag of buttery popcorn in one's lap. Bill has known Jason since the 5th grade. Jason was Bill's nemesis, thanks to a cute girl with a southern accent. Bill and Jason soon learned, however, that their mutual loves for all things Billy Joel, G.I.Joe, and Nintendo were more powerful than a 12-year-old's hormones, and a lifelong friendship blossomed. Andy was a stranger to Bill until June of 2010. Bill isn't sure how Andy feels about The Stranger, Snake-Eyes, or Darknuts. Bill enjoys other things besides movies. He likes playing softball, singing and playing guitar in church on Sundays, watching Pittsburgh's professional sports teams (even the Pirates), and especially spending time with his wife and three kids. Bill's favorite movies are the ones he grew up watching and re-watching. He also loves more recent movies, particularly when they make him laugh, think, choke up, or learn. Bill loves trivia and facts, but he will defend opinion vigorously. Bill does not like writing autobiographically in the 3rd person. Bill was a host of the Considering the Sequels podcast for Episode 1 and Episode 2, and he returned as a guest on Episode 12.
